We make sure that you are guided thoroughly with our services. Following are the frequently asked questions that will serve as your bases to avail of our specialized home health care services.

To qualify for home health services, one must be one or more of the following: Homebound due to illness or disability under the care of a physician who will authorize home healthcare in need of intermittent skilled services that can be provided at home.

Home care is paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance (with approval).

When a client qualifies for home care services, Medicare will cover 100% of home care services (i.e., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Home Health Aide, all other therapies, and medical social services) and 80% of the approved amount for Durable Medical Equipment (i.e., wheelchairs, hospital bed, walker, glucometer). Medicaid (Public Aid) covers qualified services as well. Most private insurances also cover qualified home care services.

You can receive home care by making a request and will make an initial visit to assist you in determining your plan for home health care. This visit is done at no cost to you.

If you would like to change to another health care provider, you have the right to do so. You must make it known to the agency, so they can discharge you before our new service starts.

Yes. However, there may be times when it is necessary to use others to cover vacations and illnesses.

Our staff is all interviewed, references are obtained, and criminal background checks are done. A thorough orientation is done at the time of hire. Our staff is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the City of Chicago, bonded and insured.

You can call (847) 813-8555 anytime. Office hours are M-F 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Weekends and Holidays are covered by an answering service and the on-call nurse that nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
